Choose your design(s) from our vast library of artwork. All designs are customized with your school name, mascot, and class colors where applicable within the design of your choice. You can further Personalize garments by adding your individual name, team name, nickname, or special designators such as "Cheerleader", "Sponsor", "Student Council", "Drum Major", "President", etc. The cost for Personalization is $4.00 per name/wording, maximum 15 characters, 1 1/2" tall. Although the size of the font may be adjusted to fit appropriately within the chosen imprint area. We reserve the right to use vinyl letters or digital printing depending on the garment type and placement of name/wording. Be sure to designate the printing location of your individual name, and the size and style of garment on which the name is to be printed. Select your garments from our new, updated collection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, ladies wear, pants, shorts, polos, blankets, and bags in many styles and colors.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER

Select your garments from our new, updated collection of T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Pants, Shorts, Capri Pants, Blankets, Jackets and Caps in many styles and colors. And do not forget our new Class of 2011 Grip Strips! You may mix different styles of shirts, such as tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc., to reach the minimum order of 24, but you must choose only one design or design combination (same design on the front, back, sleeve, etc.) A Premo Print, with one front, back and side design, constitutes a design combination also.

Please be advised that shirt colors may differ from one style to the next because of the dyes used by different manufacturers. For instance, shades of red may differ between a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, or between a basic tee and a ladies tee, etc.

Printing on light-colored garments is a completely different process than printing on mid-tone or dark-colored garments. For this reason, you MUST order either all Light-Toned, all Mid-Toned or all Dark-Toned garment colors within your minimum order. If you want a bigger variety of colors, you can combine Light-Tones, Mid-Tones and/or Dark-Tones in the same order, as long as you have a minimum of 24 of each. Following is a list of how different garment colors are grouped:

LETS GET STARTED!

1. Combine all of your favorite designs to create your own unique Senior Shirt! Minimum order is just 24! All shirts must be of the same color tone (light-toned, mid-toned or dark-toned) and have the same design or design combination of front, back, sleeves, etc.

2. Collect signatures using Signature Sheets. Please do not use white-out. We cannot work from faxed Signature Sheets. Send in originals with your order and retain a copy for your records.

Or, Request our Design-Layout Board for the signature design of your choice so you can selectively place your signatures by writing them in yourself.

3. For typeset names, simply provide us with a clearly typed list of names. Please type in upper-and-lower case, with first and last names only. Include accent marks and other punctuation. (Example: Diane McHenry or Rosario Danté) Be sure to indicate your preference of random or column typesetting on your Order Form. Typeset lists can also be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Emailing is preferred.

Have your own special art?

Graystone Graphics, Inc offers complete art services at no extra charge when you place an order of just 36 like items! You can order any of our stock designs and we will customize it just for you.

Or, you may have your own design that you would like us to print. If this is the case, just send us a good, clear, black and white copy of the art just the way you would like it. If you would prefer certain colors in certain locations, then also include a color copy of your art. We are happy to do any typesetting it requires. Please include any notes that will assist us in creating your art piece.

It is very important to us that you view and approve any custom artwork before we print it. When submitting your own custom design, please provide us with an email address where you can receive an attached art file. Some school email addresses do not allow attachments to be viewed, or may not allow the email to be delivered. Since we are trying to get your art completed and then approved by you as quickly as possible, please be sure the email address you give us will allow attachments to be viewed, or provide us with an additional email address where we can be sure to reach you. Be assured that we never share our email addresses with any other company, and only request it so that we may contact you about your order. If you need for us to send you a paper proof through the mail, we can do that also, but just keep in mind, it will result in slower total production time for your order because of the days involved in mailing.

If you are ordering one of our stock designs with your high school name and mascot as the only changes to our original design, it is not necessary to go through the email approval process.

PRICING

One design is always included in the price of any item you order from Graystone Graphics! Most of our designs can be printed on a variety of garments and other product items.

The price is determined by the items you order.

Remember, art screen set-up charges are included in the price of any item you order from Graystone Graphics - there are no hidden charges!

CLASS SHIRT PRICES include garment plus one design in the location of your choice. Additional imprints can be added at the cost of $3.00 per garment per design. Exception is for Personalization which is $4.00 per name/wording per garment.

To receive the prices listed, you must have a minimum order of 24 garments of the same design or design combination of front, back, sleeves, etc. Smaller orders of 10-23 shirts will be accepted with an additional charge of $2.50 per garment. Please note XXL & XXXL always cost an additional $2.00 per garment.

There is no minimum order on our Grad Caps! You can also order extra Class of 2010 Wristbands for just $3.95 each.

A Purchase Order must accompany your Order Form if not prepaying with one of the following: School Check, Money Order, or MC/Visa/Amex/Discover. Please add 7.0% of your total for shipping if ordering with a Purchase Order.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZATION

You can personalize any of our shirts, shorts, or sweatpants with your name or you can add titles such as "Class President","Sponsor", "Student Council", "Cheerleader", etc. Cost is $4.00 per name. Maximum 15 characters, 1 1/2" tall. We reserve the right to use vinyl letters or digital printing depending on the garment type and placement of the name. Indicate PERS in your desired print location on Personalization Order Form.

RUSH ORDERS

We will try to work with you on rush orders. Please feel free to call us and inquire as to whether we can meet your delivery date. If we can, we will issue you a Rush Authorization Number to place on your order form. It is not always possible to accommodate rush orders requests between Thanksgiving and Christmas due to the high volume of orders at that time but we will do our best to assure that your order arrives to you when you need it. Note, there is no extra charge for rush orders, however we do ask that you only request it when truly necessary so that we may continue to offer this free service to all of our customers.

ABOUT INK COLORS

Your imprint price always includes the option of two-ink colors. That means you get a two-color design for the same price as a one-color design. And, many of our stock designs contain third and fourth accent colors at no additional charge. Please refer to our sample colors by clicking here when choosing your ink colors.
Note: Colors shown online are as close as possible to actual ink colors, however computer monitors can display colors differently. For instance, the Brown and Purple ink color swatches are totally wrong on my computer screen, but may appear correct on yours. It's a computer thing we can't control. So, keep in mind, the colors here are the best we can do on-line, but if you have a copy of our catalog look on page 27, those printed colors are pretty close to our ink colors.
