Q-WE HAVE OUR OWN ART, CAN GRAYSTONE GRAPHICS SCREENPRINT IT?
A-Yes! If you have your own shirt design or imprint idea, send us your original artwork, we will be happy to print it for you when you order 36 or more.

Q-CAN WE CHANGE THE INK COLORS OF THE GRAYSTONE GRAPHICS DESIGN SO IT IS THE SAME AS OUR SCHOOL COLORS OR CLASS COLORS?
A-Yes! Go to Ink Colors to select your imprint colors. Please indicate your ink color choices in the designated area on our Order Form. Or, you may use the Order Form inserted in our annual catalog. If your school would like to receive our Graystone Graphics Senior Shirts annual catalog call us at 1-800-451-1611.

Q-CAN WE USE ANOTHER COMPANYS DESIGN AND HAVE YOU PRINT THE SHIRTS FOR US?
A-No. Because you deserve the best quality and most original designs year after year, we print only original art. Law strictly prohibits the copying or duplication of copyrighted art. Graystone Graphics, Inc. respects copyrights held by other companies and feels it is only fair to pursue legal action when there is infringement of our copyrighted designs.

Q-WE ARE GRADUATING NEXT YEAR, DO YOU HAVE ANY DESIGNS FOR OUR GRADUATION CLASS?
A-Yes! Any class year is available on most of our designs or you may design your own at no additional charge when you order a minimum of 36 shirts.

Q-WE WANT TO ADD OUR MASCCOT TO A DESIGN, DOES THAT MEAN WE ARE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL IMPRINT?
A-No! We count all art printed on the front of your shirt as one imprint; all art printed on the back of your shirt as one imprint; and/or all art printed on a sleeve as one imprint. We can add or delete a mascot at no extra charge from most of our designs.

Q-CAN WE SEND OUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK BY FAX OR OVER THE INTERNET?
A-To make your screenprinted art look its very best, we prefer to work from the original art. A clean black and white copy is always appreciated in addition to your color version.

Q-CAN WE HAVE OUR DESIGN PRINTED ON A SHIRT COLOR OTHER THAT WHITE OR NATURAL?
A-Yes! You may call us at 1-800-451-1611 to check the availability of the color shirt you want, a minimum of 24 shirts per color is required. Since shirt colors other than White or Natural cost us more due to the color pigments used, please add $3.00 per shirt.

Q-HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SIZE SHIRT TO ORDER?
A- ADULT SIZE CHART All adult shirts are standard unisex sizes. Small (30-32) Large (38-40) XX-Large (46-48) Medium (34-36) X-Large (42-44) XXX-Large (50-52) Additional sizes are available in some products. Q-CAN WE COMBINE DIFFERENT SHIRT STYLES AND/OR COLORS TO EQUAL THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY OF 24?
A-Yes! You may mix White and Natural T-Shirts, Longsleeve Tees, Sweatshirts, or Hooded Sweatshirts to achieve the combined minimum order of 24. If you would like to order both light AND dark shirts, you must have a minimum of 24 light garments and 24 dark garments to avoid adding a set up fee.

Q-CAN WE GET OUR SHIRTS ANY QUICKER IF WE HAVE A GOOD REASON?
A-Yes. If you need a rush order, please give us a call and let's talk about it. We will do our best to assure that your order arrives to you when you need it. There is no extra charge for rush orders, but we do ask that you only request it when truly necessary so that we may continue to offer this free service to all of our customers.

A-Just include a purchase order, school check or money order with your order form, or we can accept payment by Mastercard/Visa, Discover, or American Express.

A-Yes, when full payment is received with your order, we ship it to you at no charge! You may use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Order or School Check to take advantage of this FREE offer!

Q-WILL YOU ACCEPT OUR SMALL ORDER IF WE WANT LESS THAN THE 24 SHIRT MINIMUN?
A-Yes! Orders of 12-23 are accepted with an additional small order charge of $2.50 per shirt.

Q-CAN WE PLACE A RE-ORDER?
A-Yes, we will keep your artwork on file. After your first order is paid in full we can accept re-orders of just 10 shirts or more. You may re-order by mail, phone or fax. When re-ordering, you may submit payment along with your re-order form using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Or, send payment by mail with a money order, school check or school Purchase Order.
